How long does delivery take?+
Delivery time is scheduled based on the plan you choose and the content you share with us. Plans with a product catalog and online payments, like Étika Signature, take longer due to their complexity.
Can I request changes after delivery?+
Yes. Every plan includes one round of adjustments at the end, and you can hire ongoing maintenance if you need recurring changes.
How does payment work?+
We work with an initial deposit to get started and the balance due on delivery. We'll share the payment link with you over WhatsApp.
What do I need to get started?+
Your logo or branding (if you already have one), your business copy or information, and a few photos if you have them. If you're missing something, we'll help you figure it out.
