Terms and Conditions.

By hiring a plan with Étika Web Design, you agree to the terms described below. If you have questions before getting started, message us on WhatsApp.

Scope of service

We design and build websites (landing pages, corporate sites, or ecommerce) according to the plan you hire. The exact scope — number of sections, features, and integrations — is the one described in the plan chosen at the time of the quote.

Client content

The client is responsible for delivering, on time, the copy, images, logo, and other content needed to build the site. Delivery timelines start counting once we receive that complete content, not from the payment date.

Payments

Projects begin with a deposit, and the remaining balance is due on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment links are shared via WhatsApp.

Adjustments and revisions

Every plan includes one round of adjustments at the end of the project. Additional changes, or recurring changes after delivery, are covered by a separately hired maintenance plan.

Hosting and domain

Hosting and domain registration are included for the first year, depending on the plan hired. The annual renewal is the client's responsibility, and we'll notify you in advance.

Site ownership

Once full payment is received, the delivered site is the client's property. Étika Web Design retains the right to showcase the project as part of its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Business results

We design and build your site following design and development best practices. We don't guarantee sales, traffic, or specific business results, as these depend on factors outside our control.
